[Revelation Chapter 8] Testimony on Prophecy and Fulfillment of Revelation, God’s New Covenant

Have you read Rev 8 before clicking this post? Please pause reading and read it if you haven’t. I can wait here.

After opening six seals in Rev 6, now, Jesus opens the last seal of the sealed scroll in Rev 8. Every time Jesus opened the seal (Do you remember that opening the seal means fulfilling the event?), there were plagues to the chosen people. What will happen when he opens the seventh seal? Let’s find out.

This time, Kim Il-gon, Andrew Tribe Leader, teaches.

When the seventh seal was opened by Jesus, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. This means the wind that was blown to heaven (Rev 6) became calm. It is a period to blow trumpets.

Then, seven angels receive seven trumpets. In Isa58:1, Isaiah was told to raise his voice like a trumpet. In the Bible, God’s worker was compared with a trumpet. His voice is like the trumpet sound. Then, who’s blowing the trumpet? The instrument itself can’t make any sound. Jesus and disciples were also trumpets at the first coming, and the trumpeter was God (Mt10:20). Spirits use the flesh to testify the word to people, like a trumpeter blows a trumpet to make music.

The plagues of seals passed the baton to the plagues of trumpets. This also informs and judges the betrayed chosen people. When the seals were opened and the betrayers were judged, they didn’t repent. Rather, they hid in the cave, mountain, and rocks, which mean a gentile organization. They became one with Satan. This time, the trumpet calls inform the incidents of chosen people’s death. Their spirits are gradually killed by (to be specific, one-third at a time) the gentiles because they listened to the false doctrine.

Before the plagues of the trumpets begin, an angel brings a golden censer and offers the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense carries the prayer to the throne. Then, the angel hurls fire from the censer to the earth. It is judging the earth – chosen people who became flesh because they betrayed – with God’s word.

When the first angel sounded his trumpet, hail and fire mixed with blood were hurled upon the earth. A third of the earth, trees, and all the green grass were burned up. Both fire and hail are the words of judgment. Hailstone is frozen rain, falling from the sky. In Dt332:2, God’s word is rain and dew. His word is falling to people, but it’s a judging word and their spirits were hurt (1Pet1:24, Isa5:7).

When the second angel sounded his trumpet, a blazing huge mountain was thrown into the sea. A third of the sea turned into blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

As we learned before, fire is the word of judgment and the mountain is an organization. Betrayer’s church is judged by God and now they were tossed into the sea. In Isa27:1 God slays Leviathan, which is the serpent, the monster of the sea. The sea, many waters, is where the great prostitute sits in Rev17. In the verse, these many waters are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages. The sea is the world and the betrayers were abandoned to the world (Isa1:7-8). Also, one-third of their doctrines were corrupted, by being mixed with destroyer’s teachings, it became a dead doctrine. This is described as a third of the sea turning into blood. When this happens, the members and the branch churches will be affected the same. Their spirits have died and the branch churches were destroyed. That’s described as a third of the living creatures in the sea died and a third of the ships were destroyed.

When the third angel sounded his trumpet, a great Wormwood star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and the springs of water. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.

Heaven is where seven stars were. This Wormwood star came from the seven lampstand tabernacle and spread the false doctrine to a third of pastors and evangelists of the tabernacle. If you know Isa14:12-15, the fallen star will sound familiar to you. There’s a tale about a morning star that was fell from the sky, which is indicating Satan. He caused dissensions and slandered God. This Wormwood star is doing the same thing with the fallen star in Isa14:12-15 since that spirit worked inside him. The pastors and evangelists learned a false doctrine. What’ll they do next? They teach it to the congregation members. Listening to the false doctrine led the spirits of the members to die. This is the meaning of many people who died from the waters that had become bitter.

When the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, a third of the sun, moon, and the stars were struck and turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.

In Gen38:9-11, Jacob’s family appeared as the sun, moon, and stars in Joseph’s dream. Jacob was the sun, his wife was the moon, and his children were stars. Since they were the origin of Israel, which was God’s chosen people, God was with them. Wherever God is the heaven. Therefore, we can see this: The pastor is the sun, the evangelist is the moon, and the members are the stars.

At the second coming, this means the pastor, the evangelist, and the members of the seven lampstand tabernacle lost their word of God. What happened? The gentiles broke in and conquered the tabernacle. Since the gentile was ruling the place, the pastors lost their power to preach. They couldn’t any longer teach God’s word what they used to teach. Now, they had to teach the new doctrine – mans’ teaching only. The evangelist also can’t deliver the word of God to the members. The members can’t receive God’s word anymore. This means they were restrained not to teach the truth.

After these incidents, an eagle that was flying in midair called out in a loud voice: “Woe, woe, woe!” since there are three more trumpets to be sounded.

Since it’s about punishing the betrayers, all the trumpets were horrible and fearsome so far, still, the last trumpet will be different. Six trumpet sounds let the chosen people know that the plagues came upon the betrayed chosen people. Unlike those six trumpets, the seventh trumpet let us know forever that the destroyers were destroyed and there’ll be salvation.

Closing the lecture, Andrew Tribe Leader said that Revelation isn’t a scary book because the plagues aren’t the physical plagues. He added that he believes that more of your questions will be answered clearly in the subsequent seminars. He said, “Let’s all become one in the prophecy and fulfill a perfect world of God where there’s no sins, no laws, but only filled with freedom and peace that God wants us to enjoy. Let’s all become the people of heaven who live an eternal joy. WE ARE ONE!”
